Green fruit. Reminds me a lot of the famous phrase ‘’Eat your greens’’. Who hasn’t heard that one before, right? Especially when we were a lot younger. Our mothers couldn’t’ have been more right. I say this shouldn’t just have to apply to vegetables in fruit, this color can be taken as a clear invitation to the healthy life style world. No wonder green is associated with health! Up next, I’m going to talk about the fruits that may have something to do with this.

Green Apples – An apple a day keeps the doctor away. Does that mean doctors are missing out in all the great stuff apples, this case green apples, bring to the table? Like for example not only their fiber that keeps our digestive track up and running. Also, forget about that energy bar. This green fruit can provide us with some great energy levels.

Watermelon – Just by reading it you can tell you’re gonna get rehydrated. The name must come from the 92% water that makes it up. This also helps you feel full. Add that to the hydrated feeling and you got yourself a full meal. Not exactly, but you get my point. So all those nutrients and benefits must be the ones making them so heavy.
